Long ago I received a Denyse Schmidt scrap bag for a birthday gift. Inside were the most amazing pieces of fabric including bits of the original Flea Market Fancy fabrics. I used them in some of my most treasured projects. I longed to have more, so when I hear that the line was being reprinted, I snapped up fat quarter bundles. I couldn’t resist cutting it into 5” squares to make a quilt top. It’s so happy and fun. I have enough to make another top and there are so many scraps for future projects – I’m a happy girl. Maybe I better get more before it all goes away again.
