Lots of purple! These backgrounds are wonderful for using scraps or that piece of fabric I’d been hoarding for far too long.
And they allow me use bits of baubles that I’ve been collecting for even longer.
This quilt is large enough to accommodate larger pieces of cast off jewelry and old keys.
I even stitched an entire bracelet to one of the layers of her skirt.
This quilt was quilted in lines of mostly straight stitches with some zig-zag thrown in for interest. There are three spirals stitched on the top left and a few circles in the bottom right.
