My other cat, Pounce, became ill Wednesday night. Violent vomiting. We took him to vet on Thursday for a shot to settle his stomach and to see how we could prevent this from happening again (he had a similar issue a month ago). We waited as directed and gave him his medicines this morning but he was vomiting blood. He’s at the vet’s office now, in surgery. We’re trying to distract ourselves from having to worry.
I’m amazed at how attached we become to our pets. How much we are willing to do for them, if we are able. How much we miss there presence in our lives when they are away – even if overnight.
