I like the paint splatter look of this batik with the subtle pinks and oranges.
When I create the dresses for these girls, I wonder if I would like to design dresses for real people. This thought is more prevalent when a new season of Project Runway is airing.

How are you creating happiness today? My day is just beginning and it’s still dark enough to enjoy the stars and constellations I recognize. I’ll turn on the fireplace (gas) and curl up under a quilt for a bit before it’s time to make breakfast and start creating new art quilts.
