Green means new, growth and change to me. It seemed to go well with the ‘life is about creating yourself’ charm. the muslin I had was seamed together on the bolt. The lady cutting my fabric wanted to toss that piece out but I love it. Look at those bits of thread perfect for threading ribbon through. I add some additional hand stitching and buttons to go with the dress form.
The patterned card stock I found in my stash goes so well with this stitched piece. Since an ISBN can define a book, this book cover was kismet.
