Full Quilt

Inspired by Kelly Rae Roberts book, created for my quilt guild challenge to create a 45″ square quilt using black and white and one bright color. Made with commercial and over dyed fabrics. The face was drawn and painted on white cotton. Some of the black fabric with white dots was also hand painted. Machine and hand quilted.
I think I’ve been staring at it too long… I have a pile of black and white ribbons, buttons and beads that are tempting me, but I’m not sure if it needs more embellishment…maybe a measuring tape belt…random buttons on the background side…
