Months ago, I picked up tree fabric designed by Tula Pink in green and blue. The colors were a bit out there for a traditional outdoor scene, they reminded me more of something from storybook. So I created four Alice in Wonderland inspired quilts and paired the fabulous tree fabrics with dupioni silk for clothes.
This one is Alice as she is about to meet the cheshire cat who is fading into view. Her dress is embellished with tiny seed beads as buttons.
