STITCHED 2015 – Classes to Inspire

Last week, I announced the project that kept me busy for most of December and January – STITCHED 2015.

When I saw that Alma was doing STITCHED again, I was excited to pitch a class. It seemed like a great way to share my enthusiasm for art quilts and teach a class without traveling great distances.

I’ve told you about my Magpie Girl Art Quilt class, but have you heard about some of the other classes?

She’s so Unusual by Alma Stoller – an art quilt (yay)

Preserving Fiber Arts in Resin by Carmi Cimicata – art jewelry from bits of sewing or lace embedded in resin

Snarky Purse by Celeste Beck – use vinyl and very amusing snark to create a purse

Stencil Mania Textile Collage by Lynn Krawczyk – paint fabrics with stencils and then make a collage

Stitch with Love by Hanna Andersson – mixed media embroidery working with the symbol of the heart

Ladies of the Canyon by Alma Stoller – another fun art quilt

Unique Magical Fabric Cuff by Celeste Beck – use left over stitch bits to make wearable art

and many more…

I am excited to take classes with each of these teachers starting March 1st. I hope you will join me.

There are over 25 online video instructions for only $89. For less than $8 a month you get a year of inspiration and education. More details via Alma’s site: STITCHED 2015
