Scraps of cotton and silk in various shades of pink and purple are added and the quilt is stitched with straight lines, ovals, scallops and squares.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.believemagic.com\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/wpid-DSC03327-2012-02-20-17-08.jpg\" alt=\"wpid-DSC03327-2012-02-20-17-08.jpg\" width=\"504\" height=\"378\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Tidbits in gray and silver adorn her dress: vintage lace, buttons, washers, fabric tags, ribbon, bits of jewelry and hand stitching.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.believemagic.com\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/wpid-DSC03328-2012-02-20-17-08.jpg\" alt=\"wpid-DSC03328-2012-02-20-17-08.jpg\" width=\"504\" height=\"389\"\/><\/p>\n<p>A bit of cotton eyelet fabric was used for the bottom layer of her skirt.
