However, what is a girl to do when the fabric she orders didn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t get the black ink added (like those below)?<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.believemagic.com\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/wpid-IMG_2652-2016-03-21-21-00.jpg\" alt=\"wpid-IMG_2652-2016-03-21-21-00.jpg\"\/><br \/>\nI thought about contacting the shop I ordered from to request replacements, but I was smitten with the design that lacked the details.  I kept seeing them as backgrounds for small art quilts.  So I layered batting and backing on the fabric, stitched around the edges pillowcase style, and turned them right side out.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.believemagic.com\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/wpid-Fabric2-2016-03-21-21-00.jpg\" alt=\"wpid-Fabric2-2016-03-21-21-00.jpg\"\/><br \/>\nI quilted each background with straight lines or free motion stitched flowers.  I created girls to fit over the girls in the fabric and dressed them in fabrics I adore from my stash.
