It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s so easy to be kind toward others, but sometimes the person that needs my kindness most is myself.  I have high (often unreasonable) expectations of what I should accomplish each day and in life.  Things don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t always work out and it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s easy to be hard on myself.   I keep reminding myself that kindness, like happiness, is a choice.
