It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s the same technique used in my <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.e-junkie.com\/ecom\/gb.php?cl=161340&#038;c=ib&#038;aff=290057 target=\">STITCHED 2015<\/a><\/span> class.  The scraps create a grassy, floral area below a northern lights and star studded sky.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.believemagic.com\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/wpid-IMG_0083-2015-05-27-06-04.jpg\" alt=\"wpid-IMG_0083-2015-05-27-06-04.jpg\"\/><br \/>\nWith such small scraps, once the backing fabric was added, I densely quilted this with horizontal and vertical lines to ensure each tiny bit of fabric would stay in place.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.believemagic.com\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/wpid-IMG_0081-2015-05-27-06-04.jpg\" alt=\"wpid-IMG_0081-2015-05-27-06-04.jpg\"\/><br \/>\nOnce the background is quilted, a girl in a shift dress was fused on the background.  I kept the dress simple since the background is busy, embellishing it with a decorative stitch from my sewing machine..  I like how the background stitching comes through on the girl\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s dress.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.believemagic.com\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/wpid-IMG_0077-2015-05-27-06-04.jpg\" alt=\"wpid-IMG_0077-2015-05-27-06-04.jpg\"\/><br \/>\nShe loves color (8\u00e2\u20ac\u009d x 10\u00e2\u20ac\u009d)<\/p>\n<p>Since our move is delayed, I have unpacked half of my studio &#8211; keeping fabric, paper, photos on fabric and hand-stitching supplies handy so I can play with some of the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.e-junkie.com\/ecom\/gb.php?cl=161340&#038;c=ib&#038;aff=290057 target=\">STITCHED 2015<\/a><\/span> classes.  My brain is swimming with fabric cuffs, fabric beads and fragment collages &#8211; I enjoy watching the videos as much I like trying the projects.  I can\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t decide which to try next.
