I offered to take it home and quilt it.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.believemagic.com\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/wpid-IMG_8775-2015-02-18-07-23.jpg\" alt=\"wpid-IMG_8775-2015-02-18-07-23.jpg\"\/><br \/>\nWith all the purple fabrics, I decided to quilt it with purple thread. I used mostly straight lines but added a bit of free motion stitching to add some love.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.believemagic.com\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/wpid-IMG_8779-2015-02-18-07-23.jpg\" alt=\"wpid-IMG_8779-2015-02-18-07-23.jpg\"\/><br \/>\nI found this red and purple striped fabric for the backing and binding.  I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve never used prairie points in a quilt before so I was bit befuddled as to how to quilt them.  I opted to just quilt around them (no stitching on them).
