Several authors and artists I admire live in San Francisco and I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve always wanted to see the city they talk about.  My husband had a conference there so I tagged along.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.believemagic.com\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/wpid-IMG_7739-2014-11-27-18-55.jpg\" alt=\"wpid-IMG_7739-2014-11-27-18-55.jpg\"\/><br \/>\nNot knowing where everything I wanted to see was in relation to our hotel, we booked a tour of the city that took us past all the well known landmarks and into some of the neighborhoods.  We saw the Golden Gate Bridge a few times.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.believemagic.com\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/wpid-IMG_7723-2014-11-27-18-55.jpg\" alt=\"wpid-IMG_7723-2014-11-27-18-55.jpg\"\/><br \/>\nAnd spent an hour wandering through Muir Woods marveling at the enormous trees.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.believemagic.com\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/wpid-IMG_7745-2014-11-27-18-55.jpg\" alt=\"wpid-IMG_7745-2014-11-27-18-55.jpg\"\/><br \/>\nI am so thankful to have the opportunity to travel.  To experience the people, eat great food, catch up with friends from the conference and wander around downtown including the Ferry Building with a view of the Bay Bridge.
