The blocks due in July were to be 12\u00e2\u20ac\u009d finished and use citrus colors.  I pulled fabrics from my stash to make orange, lemon and lime blocks.  <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.believemagic.com\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/wpid-DSC04375-2012-07-26-18-53.jpg\" alt=\"wpid-DSC04375-2012-07-26-18-53.jpg\" width=\"504\" height=\"479\"\/><br \/>\nOrange Block<\/p>\n<p>The orange block let me practice piecing letters and numbers and roundish shapes. It so cute I almost didn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t part with it.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.believemagic.com\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/wpid-DSC04382-2012-07-26-18-53.jpg\" alt=\"wpid-DSC04382-2012-07-26-18-53.jpg\" width=\"504\" height=\"416\"\/><br \/>\nLime Blocks<\/p>\n<p>Lime blocks are wonky nine patch &#8211; I learned I need to keep better track of which pieces go where &#8211; seams had to be ripped out.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.believemagic.com\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/wpid-DSC04378-2012-07-26-18-53.jpg\" alt=\"wpid-DSC04378-2012-07-26-18-53.jpg\" width=\"504\" height=\"479\"\/><br \/>\nLemon Block<\/p>\n<p>I did improvisational piecing for the lemon block.
